What are the most effective ways to externalize and materialize complex emotional phenomena (such as imposter syndrome, default guilt, and alexithymia) through physical art forms like soft sculpture/plushies, in a way that aligns with my personal artistic expression and emotional experience?

Process

The process starts with concept art, writing, and research (because I like to). Then, I make a pattern and find fabric that I cut out and sew. After I've sewn all the pieces, I attach them and add the final details. It's very fun. I have had a lot of mishaps and learning opportunities.
